Observe The Efficacy Of "Xingnao Kaiqiao" Method In Apoplectic Aphasia (AA) Treatment

Objective : To observe the efficacy of "xingnao kaiqiao" method in apoplectic aphasia treatment.Methods : There were 32 in-patients who have been diagnosed as apoplectic aphasia in accordance with examination of "Examination Method of Aphasia in Chinese" made by Gao surong etc, Beijing Medical University. "xingnao kaiqiao" acupuncture method was selected to treat them and observed the improvement as well as the influence of hemorheology and brain blood flow before and after treatment.Results : 1.The total effective rate was 87.5% , including curative rate 6. 25% ,apparent effective rate 43.75% and effective rate 37. 5% .2. After treatment, There were remarkable difference (P<0. 05) in hemorheology and brain artery blood flow.Conclusion : "xingnao kaiqiao" acupuncture method could improve the speech ability of apoplectic aphasia patients. Otherwise, it also could meliorate the hemorheolgy and brain blood flow circs.
