| Objective: By the spiral CT, we measures the size of the cervical uncovertebra, and summarize the change of the uncovertebral size, and structural relativity in related dissection. and provide basement for the future study of the cervical spondylosis.Material and method: Sieve the cervical vertebra of the normal 120 volunteer, consulting the sex ,It is divided into 6 set with the age. The cervical vertebral is scanned with the thin slices by the spiral CT ,and rebuild with one millimeter of thin slices after scanning, proceed many flat surface reconstruction in the work station .after get imaging of the section, we measure the size of the uncovertebral and related dissection: uncovertebral width> uncovertebral height, uncovertebral distance, vertebral height, vertebral width and intervertebral foramen anterior- posterior distance。Result:The C3- C7 uncovertebral size have no statistic difference on the right and left, the C3-C7 uncovertebral width respectively is :6.92 ± 1.07 mm, 6.70 ± 0.97mm, 6.79 ± 0.92mm, 7.01 ± 1.00 mm and 6.47 ± 1.40mm. uncovertebral height one respectively is:3.60±1.12mm, 4.28±1.12mm, 4.76+1.10mm, 5.04± 1.42mm and 4.25 ± 1.33mm。 uncovertebral height 2 respectively is:2.68 ± 0.95mm, 2.95 ± 0.95mm, 2.99 ± 0.95mm, 3.30 ± 1.08mm and 3.23 ± 1.19mm.except the size of the uncovertebra, we also provide the detail measurement's data of the uncovertebral distance, vertebral height, vertebral width and intervertebral foramen anterior- posterior distance, for more understanding the special anatomy of the vertebral。 C3- C7 uncovertebral width, uncovertebral height 1 and height 2 have the high degree statistic relativity, the hyperplasia of the vertebra, particularly in width, have influence on uncovertebral size , the vertebral height have influence on the uncovertebral size of the C5- C7.the vertebral height of C3 isminimum, C7 is biggest, and C5 C6 are between; The vertebral width enlarge gradually from C5 to C7. he vertebral height and width have statistic relativity. The uncovertebral size of the C3- C7 have influence on intervertebral foramen anterior- posterior distance, it has no the obvious line correlation. Parameter of the male in uncovertebra and vertebra are above female , but there are different in some age group. The ages have no obviously line correlation with the vertebral size and uncovertebral size. Conclusion:1. The spiral CT can accurately measure the uncovertebral size and the related dissection, It will be basement for more studying of the cervical vertebral disease.2. Both the age and the sex have influence on uncovertebral size and vertebral size, but all measuring parameters have no statistic difference on the right and left.3. Each parameter of uncovertebral exists relativity; also have certain relations on the vertebra and the intervertebral foramen, but have no obvious the line correlation. |
