Research Of Establishing Indexical Evaluation System On Quality Of Medical Care In Medical Detection Department Of Big Military Hospital

The quality of medical detection is an important part of quality of medical care. Recently, with the changing role of medical detection technique department and adopting advanced medical equipment in medical care procedure, medical detection department plays an important role in hospital. In present, although some longitudinal study of individual subject reported at times, the studies of indexical system on quality of medical care in medical detection department, esp. in whole medical detection departments, were rarely reported. Therefore, in order to enhance the function of quality evaluation on medical detection department, and to promote the quality of medical care of hospital, how to establish an indexical evaluation system on quality of medical care in medical detection department scientifically and rationally is an urgent problem to solve. Based on the usage and promoting compatibility, the indexical evaluation system of medical detection department divided into four kinds as quantitative index, qualitative index, efficiency index and management index, which summarized as sort I index. We integrated sort II index as construction index, processing index and result index into sort I index to analyze. With the help of Delphi method, the directors of medical detection departments and experts of hospital management independently were consulted the rationality and weighting of sort I and sort II indexes which the final indexes confirmed and corresponding weighting measured. We practiced this evaluation system on one big military hospital; finally the indexical evaluation system on quality of medical care in medical detection department was established. This indexical evaluation system has good practicability and maneuverability in the study. The indexical evaluation system on quality of medical care in medical detection department was established and discussed in this study and certain achievement also made in this study.
