The Expression Of The CyclinD1, VEGF, Bcl-2 And Research Of Its Correlation In Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective To study the significance and expression of CyclinD1,VEGF and Bcl-2 in oral mucosa and oral squamous cell carcinoma Methods The expression of CyclinD1,VEGF ,Bcl-2 was examined by immunohistochemistry S-P mothod in 10 cases of oral mucosa ,62 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma Results (l)in the mouth cavity scale cancer organizes the CyclinD1 was high, its express rate was 67.7%(42/62). it was obvious higher than that in the normal mucosa organizes(20%2/10)( P<0.05), the its high expression was related with pathologic ratings.( p<0.05) (2) No expression of VEGF was observed in cases of oral normal mucosa .the expression rate of VEGF in oral squamous cell carcinoma was 63.1%(38/62). There was a significant difference between them (p<0.05). (3) No expression of Bcl-2was observed in cases of oral normal mucosa .the expression rate of Bcl-2 in oral squamous cell carcinoma was 58.1%(36/62).There was a significant difference between them (p<0.05). (4) The mean CyclinD1 in cases of high VEGF expression was significantly higher than that in cases of low VEGF expression .The expression of Bcl -2 in cases of high VEGF expression was significantly higher than that in cases of low VEGF expression .Conclusion The expression of CyclinD1,VEGF and Bcl-2 plays an important role during carcinogenesis and the development of oral squamous cell carcinoma.There is a significant positive...
