OBJECTION: The patients were divided into two groups through QRS score system. We measured the systolic and diastolic parameters with PW-DTI and traditional echocardiography. So we can evaluate the effect of the different reperfusion methods on cardiac function of different infarction size .METHOD: 101 patients were divided into two groups by QRS scores. Small necrosis group (group S1) is ECG score≤3, including 43 patients. Large necrosis group(group S2) is the group of score>3, including 58 patients. We measured LVDD LAD LVEF and Tei index with two dimentional echocardiagraphy ".measured systolic parameters Ds Vs VTIs ACCs and diastolic parameters De Ve VTIe E/e with PWDTI. And all patients receive 1 month 3 months' follow-up after infarction. Result:1 The parameters of group S1 have no statistical significance during 3 months follow up. While annulus Vs VTIs ACCs infarction segment Vs ACCs and index Tei are all alleviated in group S2 at 3 month. LVEF and Vs.. VTIs ACCs of infarction segment are superior in group S1 than in S2 at 3 month with reperfusion therapy. This indicate that cardiac function is worse in larger infarction size., and this effect can not be completely elliminated by therapy . 2 Infarctin segment VTIs, ACCs increase significantly. EDT prolongs and index Tei decreases significantly during 3 months in PCI sub-group of S1, only infarction segment Vs VTIs increase and Tei index lower...
