As an important component of Chinese Traditional Medicine, Meridians theory has been developing for thousands of years. During the past couple of decades, research on Meridian electrical characteristics focuses mainly on impedance. This paper puts forward a new approach to explore the Meridian characteristics after research on characteristics of dynamic transmission of human body electricity information.Main works introduced in this paper are listed below:1. Built on known research results of Meridian electricity characteristics, this paper firstly puts forward a systematic approach to explore the electrical characteristics of information transmission of meridian. This approach is based on a data producing and acquisition system and dynamic information transmission process analysis. It also engages in design and implementation of hardware and software platform.2. By utilizing optimal estimation and wavelet transform, a serie of basic electricity information experiments with analysis on Body Channel System, aiming at the meridian section, "Shao Shang—Tai Yuan", of the Body-Channel, "Shou Tai Yin Fei Jing", are introduced.3. At the same time, by utilizing MSLS (Multistage Least Squres Method) and system identification, we also build a model for "Shao Shang—Tai Yuan", of the Body-Channel, "Shou Tai Yin Fei Jing". Furthermore, we conduct simulation on this modeling. Comparisons are made between the results of these two approaches. In the approach of modeling, the impact to the experiment results, by noises like contact impedance and electromagnetic interference of the measurement environment, are...
