| Titanium and titanium alloy have been widely applied in orthopaedics and dentistry due to their excellent mechanics properties,and hydroxyapatite has excellent bioactivity and biocompatibility. The materials possessing the advantages of both titanium and hydroxyapatite have been hot-topic in recent years.Improving of adhesion strength of coating must make a systematic study for especially conduct of substrate,preparation of nanometer hydroxyapatite and stable suspension,option of electrophoretic deposition parameter and the heat treatment and so on at the base of the coating with stable bioactivity,which provide a new thought for electrophoretic deposition of hydroxyapatite biomaterial and ceramic material. The influence of the coating technique conditions on adhesion strength of the coatings were studied, and the phase constitutes,microstucture,morphology,thermostability,characteristic, adhesion strength and anticorrosion characteristic of the composite coatings were studied too.The results indicate that the coating is uniform and dense with high adhesion strength by electrophoretic deposition. The adhesion strength between coating and substrate was high to 23.2Mp and the data was about thriplication of the pure HA coating.The composition coating had better anticorrosion characteristics than the pure HA coating.Test in simulated body fluid and cell culture test in vitro indicate that the coating possessed good biological properties. |
