The Clinic Study About The Relations Between The Child Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) And Child Chronic Cough, The Child Nasosinusitis And Child Chronic Cough

Objective: Discussing in the certain time in the child chronic cough patients to find out gastroesophageal reflux(GER) disease and the child nasosinusitis ratio,the treatment result as well as the child gastroesophageal reflux(GER) cough clinical characteristic, the diagnosis and the treatment,Understand the diagnosis value of X-ray barium meal perspective inspection to the child chronic cough merging gastroesophageal reflux(GER).Method: Collecting young children with chronic cough 114 examples from 2003.2 to 2004.12,Course of illness from 3 months to 4 years,Aged from 4 to 15 years old; besides the routine ENT inspection,all are carried on X-ray barium meal perspective inspects from 1 to 2 times,The anti-gastroesophagus reflux therapy was given if X-ray barium meal perspective inspection was positive.The paranasal sinus CT and/Or nasal endosocopic inspection was given regarding the routine inspection suspicion ,The anti-nasosinusitis treatment was given if the dignosis was made.Result: In 114 children chronic cough cases of illness,all children smoothly accept X barium meal perspective inspection. 47 examples have the gastroesophagus reflux phenomenon and are given anti- gastroesophagus reflux treatment.After completing the treatment course,in 12 examples cough vanished,26 cases of illness to change for the better,9 examples to be invalid; In the 47 gastroesophagus reflux phenomenon examples, 16 examples once hadconventions treatment(antibiotic, cortical hormone, bronchial diastole medicine , cough medicine and so on) to be invalid.After anti- gastroesophagus reflux treatment ,in 3 examples cough symptoms vanished ,9 examples to change for the better,4 examples to be invalid; In all cases of illness,42 examples ware diagnosed with the nasosinusitis. After completing the treatment course,in 14 examples cough vanished,21 examples to change for the better,7 examples to be invalid. 9 examples have the gastroesophagus reflux phenomenon and nasosinusitis altogether, and ware given anti- gastroesophagus reflux and anti-nasosinusitis treats,in 3 examples cough vanished,4 examples to change for the better,2 examples to be invalid.Conclusion: In the child chronic cough cases,the gastroesophagus reflux and nasosinusitis have the high disease incidence rate .Moreover, corresponding treats have the good clinical effect explains the two both are possible the important causing factors of child chronic cough .Some cough whose cause is unclear is possibly caused independently by the gastroesophagus reflux,The gastroesophagus reflux also may become the child chronic cough cause together with other factors; The barium meal perspective inspection is helpful in the child gastroesophagus reflux diagnosis .The barium test meal perspective inspection is the fine inspection project to the child gastroesophagus reflex,The continuous inspection result is in particular more reliable, the effect is able to be in particular better .The young children have good tolerance to the barium meal perspective inspection test.The inspection expense is low relatively.
