From 156 Cases To See The Characteristic Of Stroke's Diagnosis And Therapy About Ming And Qing Dynasty

Wind stroke often caught by old people is one of serious diseases. TCM has realized it for a very long time and got rich experience,but each period had different points about it. Before Jin and Yuan Dynasty, doctors thought it was caused by exopathic wind, and in Jin and Yuan Dynasty, doctors began to realized the importance of endogenous wind, but they focused on substantial syndrome, untile Ming and Qing Dynasty, doctors advocated endopathic wind.In Ming and Qing Dynasty, there were many case records which have important status to study doctor's thought and experience, so, the thesis tries to get this period's characteristic about stroke from case records.The thesis has looked up a lot of stroke cases of Ming and Qing Dynasty and found 156 cases. From these cases, we have got the characteristic of stroke's diagnosis and therapy about Ming and Qing Dynasty.This characteristic has certain influence on tody's traditional clinic, which always use "promote blood circulation by expelling blood stasis"to treat stokes.
