| With endodontic therapy applied effectively and widely, residual root and residual crown of posterion tooth can be retained by post-core restoring. Different material post-core crown and different losing residual dentin must lead to differet stress results. While these results must influence effectiveness and longlife of post-core crown. But ,at present studies of stress were concentrated on anterior tooth, rarely reported in posterion tooth .Therefore, the study was designed to analyse stress of post-core crown of posterion tooth by the three-dimension finite element analysis. In this study .models were created by abrasive method and way which pictures were acqiured with digital camera. Three-dimensional models of maxillary firster molar were created by the three-dimension finite element analysis method . These stress of three-dimensional models which different material post-core crown or without crown and different losing residual dentin were reconstructured by post-core crown were analysed. The results indicated that:1. It is an accurate ,vital and practical way which models were created by abrasive method and way which pictures were acqiured with digital camera.2. On conditions of heigh of dentin being enough, it is meanless to reserveresidual dentin which is less than 1/2 of crown from stress analysis.3. Palatal root fiircation of maxillary firster molar is possible dangerous region of root fracture.4. It is very important for non-vital tooth to be restrored by post-core crown, crown is critical for non-vital tooth to be restrored by post-core crown.5. Clinical different material post-cores have little stress influence in post-core crown of posterion toothindicate: on conditions of normal occlusal force, dentin has few chances to fracture. |
