Methods Chorionic villi and decidua of first-trimester were obtained from 14 normal pregnancies and 14 cases of spontaneous abortion. After the mixed culture of the two kinds of cells, we detected apoptosis of trophoblasts with Flow Cytometry and lymphoproliferation activity with MTT assay. Results The co-culture of trophoblasts from nomal pregnancies and lymphocytes fromspontaneous abortion makes more apoptotic trophoblasts and gets higher lymphoproliferation activity than the mixture of trophoblasts from spontaneous abortion and lymphocytes from nomal pregnancies. Conclusion The turbulance of maternal immunorecation plays a more important part in spontaneous abortion. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Spontaneous abortion, Apoptotsis, Trophoblasts, Decidua, Lymphoproliferation activity, Maternal immunorecation | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
