OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the lever of IL-4, IL-10 in mixed leukocyte culture(MLC) and the recipient' s clinical liver function variety in liver allograft. And to evaluate its relation with immunol tolerance. Method culture the donor' s spleen cells and the recipient' s leukocyte cells together. And pick-up their supernatants to detect the lever of IL-4, IL-10. Then look into its variety and the recipient' s clinical liver function variety' s correlation and variety current. Result 1.The IL-4 and IL-10' s lever are no difference in different culture time. 2. In effect team, The IL-4 and IL-10' s lever in MLC are higher than its lever in compare team(P<0. 05). In non-effect team, The IL-4 and IL-10' s lever in MLC has no obvious difference with its lever in compare team(P<0.05). 3. In effect team, the IL-4 and IL-10' s lever in MLC has high correlation with the clinical liver function variety. Its coefficient is higher than the correlated coefficient of the IL-4 and IL-10' s lever in serum and the clinical liver function variety. And in non-effect team, the IL-4 and IL-10' s lever in MLC has not high correlation with the clinical liver function variety. Its coefficient has not obvious difference with the correlated coefficient of the IL-4 and IL-10' s lever in serum and the clinical liver function variety. Conclusion The lever of IL-4 and IL-10 in the culture of the donor' s spleen cells and the recipient' s leukocyte cells(MLC) have high correlation with the clinical liver function variety. This method can be a new detect target to immunol tolerance in allograft probably.
