An Analysis Of Related Factors Of Affecting Respectability For Carcinoma Of The Gastric Cardia

Objective: To investigate factors affecting respectability of the cardiac cancer. Methods: 620 operation case of cardiac cancer were analyzed retrospectively using patients date including age, sex and histopathology grade etc. Single factor analysis and multiply factors Binary Logistic Regression analysis was used respectively to these factors. Results: In the single factor analysis, history, operation date, operation hospitals, T, N, M, tumor size, histopathology grade, operation routes, invasion depth, Alb, Hb have significant difference(P<0.05). In the multiple factors Logistic Regression analysis, invasion depth, M, N, operation date, operation hospitals, operator, histopathology grade, age have significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: It is deceive effect for resectability of the cardiac cancer which are invasion depth, M, N, operation date, operation hospital, operator, histopathology grade, age.
