The inner - mechanism of physical and psychological dependence caused by opium, especially the psychological dependence mechanism which determine drug resumption, is still a dimness or at a guess stage basically. At present, the research of psychological dependence focus on award system, that is that mesolimibic dopamine system, MLDS. Optium medicine guides award system through DA directly or indirectly, while the ventral tegmental area, VTA and its main projecing area - nuclears ac-cumbens, NAc is the key part of award system. The promotion of NAc DA is strengthening element of animals condition reactivity and the aim of human medicine. All systems affect the awarding system through the promotion of NAc DA directly or indirectly. Since the DA system of MLDS play an important role in medicine psychological dependence, and NAc is the last channel of awarding system, so it is more important in the therapy of optium dependence. This test adopt chemical NAc damage of lab rats, processing Morris Water Labyrinth Test and Taghzouti Field Exploring Test, evaluating the change of memory & behaviour of the rats after damage of NAc, thus to provid theoretical basis for clinic solid orientation operation.Experiment material and methodTest animal: 40 lab rats, weight:200 - 250g, average:234 15g. In Morris Water Labyrinth experiment, no obvious difference ( p >0. 05 ) was reveal between derogated conditioning group and contrdistinguish group or conditioning group and non - conditioning group. Taghzouti Field Exploring Experiment indicates that during the latent period, a big difference( p <0. 05 ) of erections and time was revealed between the conditioning group and contradistinguish group. The difference minish as the number of days increase.CONCLUSIONThe dopamine system of chem derogated NAc has no serious impacts on the obtained learning memory or space positioning ability of the lab rats, but will affect its ability of movement and exploration. Its exploring behavior will also decline as accommodation adjusting obstruction appears. At the same time, lack of action agility also appears. |
