| Objective To found a ED model of rat effecting with multiple-factors and long-term and chronicity irritation , and treat with TCM XIAOYAOSAN decoction.Methods 50 Wistar maleness rats(every rat weights 250-300g) were randomly and averagely separated to 5 groups, and marked as normal group(KB), modelgroup(MX), shugangroup(SG), lightning-stroke-group, solo-breed-group, and 5 huge Wistar maleness rats(every rat weights 500-600g) are another group marked as CZ. The rats of solo-breed-group and CZ were breed with one rat in one cage and the rats of KB, MX , SG and lightning-stroke-group were breed with five rats in one cage.First, sugar-water-intake test was given to the rats of KB, MX and SG .Second, social intercourse failure test, communication Box test, behavior constraint test and new-crowding-surranding test were randomly given to the rats of MX and SG, during the same time the rats of SG were given XIAOYAOSAN decoction and the rats of KB and MX were given drinking-water by intragastric administration. After the stress beginning, every 7days penile erection test was given to the KB rats and sexual behavior-anxiety test was given to the MX and SG rats,recording the numbers of penile erection , yawn and licking penile and testicle.After stress 1 month, taking penile .testicle and serum, et al from the rats, and then mensurating the NO contents of peniles with enzymic method and the serum testosterone with ELISA.Results The numbers of MX penile erection are obviously lower than KB . The concentration of peniles' NO and blood-serum T of MX is obviously lower than KB. The same result happens between SG and MX rats.Conclusion The ED modelling of rat is established that is effected with multiple-factors and long-term and chronicity irritation. The mechanism of psychological-stress ED modelling of rat is: The multiple-factors and long-term and chronicity irritation possibly contributes the concentration of peniles' NO and blood-serum T by disordering the function of HPAT, and then disorders the circuit loop of NO-cGMP and at last ED is formed. TCM treats ED by enhanceing the function of HPAT. |
