| Objective To nail down surgical effects of different surgeries treating macular hole retinal detachment, provide reference opinions. Methods Retrospective analysis of cases of macular hole retinal detachment treated in our hospital during 1995-2005, making improving degrees of post-operation vision, subjective feelings, concrescence situation and diaplasis situation as the evaluation indexes ofsurgical effects, making the changes of macular morphology after operation as the evaluation index of forecast. To evaluate surgical effects of different surgeries treating macular hole retinal detachment by these indexes. Results All of the different surgeries can improve most post-operation and subjective feelings by different degrees, most patients' retina have recovered, macular holes have closed. The comparing of vision cure rate and subjective feeling cure rate among different operations has no obvious differences (P>0. 05). The total occurring rate of macular morphology changes and the occurring rate of macular epithelial membrane of extra-sclera surgery are higher than other surgeries. The anatomical diaplasis rate of vitrectomy combined with gas-liquid exchange, stuffing in eyes is higher than bucking, liquid exchange, gas injection, he forecast of bucking , liquid exchange,gas injection is the most inferior. The post-operative vision of internal limitingmembrane peeling has obvious improvement. Conclusions The anatomical diaplasis rate of vitrectomy combined with gas-liquid exchange, stuffing in eyes is higher than bucking, liquid exchange,gas injection. The functional cure rate of vitrectomy and extra-sclera surgery has no obvious differences. The forecast of bucking, liquid exchange, gas injection is the most inferior. Internal limiting membrane peeling has positive meaning for improving post-operative vision of macular hole retinal detachment. |
