Objective Use questionary to evaluate the patients who take thetotal hip arthroplasty operation in our hospital during these years,soas to confirm this score can use in clinic. Contrast the therapy effectof different disease of hip arthrosis. By this way, we will summarizethe experience in time and improve the effect of the operation. Methods Do the case statistics of patients who take the total hiparthroplasty operation from 1995 to 2005. get complete data 34case,there is 20 case which have operated before 2000(include 2000), and12case which have operated after 2000.For researching facilitatily, 32cases patients have been divided into two groups according to theyear of operation. The case before 2000(include 2000) is A group ,have 12 cases;The case after 2000 is B group, have 20 cases. In the32 cases, diagnose fresh femoral neck fracture have 10 cases,diagnose femoral neck necrosis have 11 cases, diagnose osteoarthritishave 2 cases, diagnose obsolete femoral neck fracture have 6 cases,Diagnose ankylosing spondylitis have 3 cases. This article will carryon the contrast evaluation from the different aspect. Results The pain score of A group is less than B group. In Bgroup, the function score is more than non-fresh femoral neckfracture, but the pain score of fresh femoral neck fracture is less thannon-fresh femoral neck fracture. In A group, the pain and functionscore of fresh femoral neck fracture is less than non-fresh femoralneck fracture. Compared with the score of different disease in Agroup, the pain and function score of fresh femoral neck fracture isless than the other disease,Conclusion 1. Makes a follow-up visit regularly can promptlymoreover effective understands the patient's prosthesis use conditionand can further instruct the recover of patients, it's have Vitalsignificance. The score which have been amended can use in theclinic,it also can acquire a well effect of follow-up visit. 2. Thefunction aspect of fresh femoral neck fracture is better than non-freshfemoral neck fracture, the activity is better. At the same time this isthe reason that creates the fresh femoral neck bone fracture's patientforward pain and the function score lower than the other disease. 3,Look forward to a detailed and systematic questionary earlyimplementation.
