Objective:The nosogenesis of breast disease concerned with ovarieshormone ,the people notice and use it .Recent years ,the use of ER and PRdeveloped ,not only in the area of cancer ,but also in the optimum disease . Inclinical practice ,the optimum is common , Almost all the breast optimumdisease come and visit with lump or pain , the most have no nipple discharge(orfollow milk polyrrhea),almost all diagnosed hyperplasia of mammary glands orcomedomastitis by ultrasonic inspection. The origin of a disease have noreport .For its theraphy, besides the tumor must cure by surgery,the others havenot good therapeutic tools.A great of patients take medicine for a long time,useless or mini-effect.From March,2005,exam above-mentioned by FDS,determined the ER,PR of cells in breast duct juice. To study the relationshipbetween the expression of ER,PR at breast duct juice. Method: The data of 58 cases are come our out-patient clinic(OPD) orhealth examination in our school from 20,March ,2005 to5,September,2005.The age range is 25~57,ms-age is 40.According tosymptoms,examination,ultrasound and FDS carry out the classification ofdiseases .The 10 cases are nonsymptomatic and all the exam are normal .the 19cases are obliterate galactophoritis, .the 11 cases are galactostasis , the 2 casesare intracanalicular papilloma,the 7 cases are ductal ectasia, the 9 cases haveexecuted cancer radical correction.Every cases check 3-8 ducts, determined theER,PR of cells in breast duct juice.Total the all ducts is 168,among the total,the24 cases are nomal, the 48 cases are obliterate galactophoritis,the rest 9 casesare nomal;the 2 cases are intracanalicular papilloma, the rest 7 cases are nomal;the 26 cases are galactostasis , the rest 8 cases are nomal;the 15 cases are ductalectasia, the rest 6 cases are nomal;the 23 cases have executed cancer radicalcorrection,all is abnomal.Result: In obliterate galactophoritis cases ,the masculine rate of ER is62.5%, PR is 56.3%;in galactostasis cases ,the masculine rate of ER is84.6% ,PR is 92.3%;in ductal ectasia cases,the masculine rate of ER is73.3%,PR is 60.0%;the cases have executed cancer radical correction,themasculine rate of ER is 60.9%,PR is 86.9%. The expression in completelynormal ducts and in the un-normal have significant deviation(P<0.05);theexpression in normal ducts and un-normal by FDS have significant deviation(P<0.05);the expression in completely normal ducts and normal by FDS haveno significant deviation(P>0.05).Conclsion:The high expression of ER,PR and the disease have intimaterelationship.Through this work ,we can monitoring the high expressionpatient,detected the disease in earlier period .The work have considerable valuefor treatment about the breast disease and decision the dangerous factor of thebreast disease.
