Abstract Object To compared difference of electrophysiologybefore and after AV node modification by selective RF ablation ofslow AV node pathway. Method during the procedure, recordelectrophysiologic parameters before and after radiofrequencycatheter ablation at baseline: AV S1S1, S1S2 and VA S1S1 S1S2electrophysiologic parameters difference before and after RF ablation.Analyzed in T test with SPSS software. Results There are nosignificant difference among AV S1S1, VA S1S1, S1S2 (P>0.05), butSignificant difference in AV S1S2 (p<0.05). Conclusion There arecertain effect in AVNET wih AV node modification by selective RFablation of slow AV node pathway. Study shows some changes ofanterograde conduction by selective RF ablation of slow AV node preand post ablation during the procedure. One of possibility is someconstructional changes of AV node post ablation.Constructionalchanges of AV node depend on the position of ablation. no evidence ofany difference between man and moman.
