| Musca domestica is one of the most important pests in the world, which affect ourenvironment badly since 1960s.Currently. Medical management is the main measure to controlthe number of insects. Pyrethroid insecticides have been widely used in the control of pestsince 1980s, and phosphonat insecticides have been used before 1960s.By the widely use ofinsecticides, resistance of many insects increased quickly, which brings many trouble tosanitation and prevention. Musca domestica is always the emphases of insects' control, soconfirm the occurrence ,development and level of resistance of Musca domestica rapidly andaccurately is very significant to establish reasonable policy, and researches of toxicitymechanism of insecticides is the base of the work.The thesis took Musca domestica as research object. At first, we studied methods ofbreeding and bring insecticide resistance, select and use surface contact method and topicalapplication. We increased the number of Musca domestic first. The susceptible type came fromShandong Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Put the Musca domestica into fourgroups, give Dichlorvos and High effect cypermethrin to them on adulthood or larvae phase.Through the experiment, observed the change of fastness & shape of Musca domestica,memorized the change of life history of Musca domestica, calculated gender proportion ofMusca domestica of different generation,measured avoirdupois ,level of fastness andactivities of AChE and CAT of Musca domestica of different generation, measure GSTs'activities of adults and larvae of Musca domestica of different group on the 14th generations,analyzed trends of change.The result showed that, level of fastness of groups which were fed with insecticide oninfancy enhanced more quickly than the other two kinds. Activities of AChE of Muscadomestica which was brought up by Dichlorvos enhanced more, while the other two kinds'which were brought up by High effect cypermethrin enhanced at first and then fall down;theactivities of CAT didn't raise continuous, more change on activities of CAT happened ongroups which were given insecticides on larvae phase and groups which were given Dichlorvos;GSTs' activities of adults and larvae of Musca domestica have observably different, GSTs'activities of the group which was given Dichlorvos on larvae changed most.The result of the experiment show that AChE is the drone of Dichlorvos act on Muscadomestica;compared with High effect cypermethrin, we presumed connections betweenactivities of CAT and Dichlorvos is more. There are relations between GSTs' activities and thequicker grow of resistance was raised by given insecticide on larvae. We should avoid useinsecticides on the infancy of Musca domestica because level of fastness enhanced morequickly on that time, the more basic work is control Musca domestica 's breeding site, mobilizeeverybody put up the work of publicize and prevention of Musca domestica.The experiments may perfect the operational mechanisms researches of High effectcypermethrin and Dichlorvos, and the resistant mechanisms researches of Musca domesticamay provide theoretical basis and useful methods for management of it. At present, most ofresearches of drug-fast Musca domestica are about adults, different giving method ofinsecticide on Musca domestica and resistance to insecticide of larva have few reports.Research emphasize adults maybe because some people consider that fastness appear more onthis period and it's more easy to control Musca domestica at that time, but the potential ofresistance's developmental on different periods should be estimated and calculated, in order toprogram controlling work of Musca domestica more correctly. |
