The Change And Significance Of The MIF/glucocorticoid In Multiple Organ Dysfunction With Prophylactic Treatment Of High Volume Hemofiltration

Objective: To investigate the change and significance of the MIF/ glucocorticoid in multiple organ dysfunction with prophylactic treatment of high volume hemofiltration. Methods: 27 pigs were divided randomly into three groups (group C , group M , group HF) , major organs function were monitored , plasma concentrations of IL-4 and IL-6 were measured , every limited time of MIF and glucocorticoid were detected . Results: Earlier high volume hemofiltration could low the plasma concentrations of inflammatory cytokines , obviously improve the functions of major organs , reduce the MODS morbidity and mortality;improve the activation and expression of IL-4 and IL-6 . Conclusion: Earlier HVHF could reduce ratio of MIF/ glucocorticoid , restrict inflammatory reaction of pathomorphology of major organs .
