| Objective:To explore the application of 3D-reconstruction under computer in the research of lacrimal sac. Method: 10 adult cadaveric heads (20sides) and 10 volunteers (20sides ) were studied and reconstructed 3D model of lacrimal passage with CT scanning for measure. Result: A major portion of the sac is located above the axilla of the middle turbinate and, also quite a major part of the sac lies below the entry point of the common lacrimal canaliculus. Conclusion: The anatomy of lacrimal passage can be displayed with 3D-reconstrution under computer and the relation between lacrimal sac and the axilla of the middle turbinate can be observed and measured freely.The technology of 3D-reconstuition under computer has greatly value in the antomic research of lacrimal sac. |
