| In traditional Chinese medicine, Ischemic Cerebral Vascular disease which is categorized into wind stroke in the traditional Chinese medicine causes a high rate of attack, death and disability. The prevention and treatment of it is an important subject in medicine and sociology for it does a terrible harm to people' s health and life. Acupuncture for ischemic stroke is convinced to be a much better treatments than others by both experts and patients of ischemic stroke all over the world owing to its convenience, availability and fair costs. In order to study the action mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating this disease more systematically and comprehensively, the following article will argue in several perspectives.1. Literature researchTracing back to the first traditional Chinese medicine classical works___Yellow Emperor's Internal Medicine, the author has been doing much researches on ancient traditional Chinese medical books in the aspects of the stroke's term, etiology, pathogenesis and therapy throughout the dynasties of Tang, Shong, Yuan, Ming and Qing. In addition, in recent years many articles carefully explain some researches of the disease such as clinical experiments, ischemic cerebral injury of pathological and physiological basis in modern science and acupuncture effects. All these pre-studies found the theorical basis of further studying acupuncture for ischemic stroke.2. Experiments research(1)Objective :In order to observe the regular effect of Ru-point needling due to ischemic stroke at the early stage.(2)Methods : Divide 90 patients with ischemic stroke into treatment group treated by Ru-point needling method;control group treated by traditional routine acupuncture;and blank group treated simply by routine medicine, based on the simple randomized method, and each group contains 30 patients. The blank group was treated with standard medication, and the control group with the same standard medication plus traditional acupuncture, and the treatment group with the same standard medication plus Ru-point needling. Evaluation and comparison were carried out before treatment and after two treatment programs with the diagnostic score for TCM diseases of stroke, and the score for neurological function defect, and the test indexes of hemorheology and erythrocyte morphology.(3)Results: The treatment group and the control group in the diseases of both the diagnostic score for TCM diseases of stroke and the score for neurological function defect, and the therapeutic effect wad superior to the blank group treated by medicine simply(p<0.01)? On the other hand, the clinical therapeutic effect was better than the control group with significant differences (p<0.05). Ru-point needling is the only extra treatment there in the comparison, no matter what kinds of the TCM diagnosis and clinical pathological of different levels in west medicine. Compare with the simply medicine group and the traditional routine group, Ru-point needling make much all-levels regular effect in all the indexes of hemorheology and erythrocyte morphology.3. Conclusion:(1)Through the studying on various periods of documents, We conclude that the acupuncture for ischemia stroke has good clinical curation based on scientific theory. There are many effective acupuncture methods of different kinds for stroke. Hence all the methods for the basically compatibility of acupoints should follow the Genjie theory.(2) In the experiment, We find that acupuncture can make much all-levels regular effect in all the clinical pathological conditions the indexes ofhemorheology due to ischemic stroke at the early stage, and the effect of Ru-point needling was better than those in the group of traditional needling.(3)The Genjie theory of the meridians' doctrine indicates: the upper , lower, limbs parts of the body are integrated into an organic whole through the system of meridians, and needling method is used to promote the "entering" of qi so that it can regulate yin and yang, reinforce healthy qi and expel pathogenic factors. All in all, with the results of the study, we conclude that the principles which is established by associating the circulation of qi and blood in the meridians, for selecting of acupoints and combining of acupoints was superior to the traditional "locating acupoints along the meridians" ?... |
