The Study On Clinic Rule Of TCM Syndrom Type In Hyperthyroidism(YingQi)

Objective: To study the relationship of TCM different syndrome type in Hyperthyroidism(YingQi), include how a clinical presentations and classification of syndrome differentiation, to study the relationship of syndrome-differentiatial and hematic hormone (T₃, T₄, FT₃, FT₄, TSH). Provide a base for syndrome differentiation in practice clinic.Method: Using exist clinical data, we divided them into five groups according to TCM syndrome differentiation.there are accumulation of heat between phlegm and Qi, hepatic fire prosperity, deficiency of YIN of both the heart and liver, deficiency of both vital energy and yin, asdthenic splenonephro-yang.we use the four examination techniques to collecting clinical data with ours sense, i.e, inspection, auscultation-olfaction, inquiry,and palpation, simultaneous recording the patiens thyroid hormone (TH) . Bservationanl marker :the tow associate professors or professors to take charge of differentional of syndromes by establishing uniform criteria and questionnaire. We use SPSS 13^thversion statistical software to analysis clinic data. Statistics common clinic type of syndrome , analysis the relationship of thyroid hormone ( TH ) among five syndrome-differentiatial. Aull of results of the examination will be verified by the statistical methods of ANOVA,or X² test or multivariate discriminant.Result: Hyperthyroidism's different syndrome, the type of deficiency of YIN of both the heart and liver is the most, the accumulation of heat between phlegm and Qi is next, the asdthenic splenonephro-yang are least;In the early time, recurs the time to be the type of deficiency of YIN of both the heart and liver primarily, Intermediate stage, the later period case of illness by the accumulation of heat between phlegm and Qi, is deficiency of both vital energy and yin, asdthenic splenonephro-yang.
