Objective: Ovarian cancer is one of the three malignancy of female procreation system, which jeopardize women, s body and mind. Its incidence of disease and mortality rate are still rise year after year. Today, to decrease the side effect, improve life quality, prolong survival time, the multiple methods includes operation, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and etc. is intended to the carcinoma therapy. Because it is late when the ovarian carcinoma was discovered and the characteristic of recurrence and metastasis, the effect of operation is not satisfied. So chemotherapy act a very important role in therapy of malignancy. In present studies, the ability to induce cell apoptosis of drugs is the most objective marker for chemotherapy. Both cisplatin and paclitaxel work though inducing cell apoptosis. Nearly, along with the development of cell molecule biology and tumor biology, we gradually realize that tumor is a kind of cell cycle disease, the control of cell cycle is very important in tumors happen and development.
