| Objective: To investigate the influence of different sandblasting treatment on metal-ceramic bonding strength, and to compare the metal-ceramic bonding strength between nano-ceramic and traditional ceramic by using pull-through test and scanning electron microscope(SEM), so as to provide experimental reference to the clinical application of nano-ceramic.Methods:1 Specimen preparation: 60 standard wax pulls were conventionally founded with Ni-Cr alloy, and randomizedly divided into 10 group (6 specimens/group). Traditional ceramic was used in 5 groups of A-E. All surfaces of the specimens were sandblasted with Al203 in different particle sizes (10μm-250μm) and observed under SEM. A metal die was made with a precision machine tool to control thickness and length of the ceramic. 5 specimens of group A-E were randomizedly selected and fused with traditional ceramic at 5 mm away from the end; the specimen to be observed with SEM was coated on the specimen and made into the pull-rod specimen. The specimens in nano-ceramic were used in 5 groups of A'-E', and the... |
