Objective:Epilepsy is a common chronic dysencephalia syndromes induced by some diseases.The cognitive handicap after epilepsy have received attentions , although the mechanisms are not well known,the effective methods haven't been found to prevent and cure it.To discuss the mechanisms and provide themry to clinical medicine,we observe animal epilepsy model changes of ethology,EEG,AchE positive nerve fibers distribution and the ultra-microstructure in hippocampus.Method1 Model making1.1 Applying Y maze test to screen rats with normal cognitive ability.1.2 Status epilepticus model(SE model)After screening test,50 health rats(weigh 200±20g)were divided into two groups randomly.30 of them were status epilepticus group (SE),20 of them were normal control group( controlⅠ).SE model animal were administrated initially 40mg/kg of PTZ solution by peritoneal cavity route,20mg/kg...
