Effect Of Qu Du Capsule On IL-6 And IFN-Г In Serum Of Model Mice As Lupus

Systemic lupus erythematosus is a connective tissue disease which is mediated by autoimmunity with the characteristic symptom of immunity inflammation. Its character is abnormal activation of T cell and B cell, activation of complement and unbalance of cytokine network and so on, which result in production of massive pathogenic autoimmune antibody and immune complex in the body. The clinical representation is involved in symptom of each organ and system. At present, there is no specific cure about SLE and because . As the side effect of the first line drug is severe in SLE treatment now, biological therapy and traditional Chinese medicine therapy are highly focused. With the deep study of SLE pathogeny and the development of traditional Chinese medicine in the recent years, we allocate 75 female BALB/ c mice of 20-22g, 8-10 week-age to 5 groups randomized, i.e. blank group,model group, traditional Chinese medicine group (Qu Du capsule group), Western medicine group (prednisone group), drug combination group (drug combination of Qu Du capsule and prednisone group), every group having 15 mice. We induce SLE mousse with injecting LPS peritoneal accordance with the method of making model which is reported by Tito Cavallo, Francisco in WHO Immunology Research and Training Centre and dosage 15 days .Through detecting IL — 6 and IFN-y of Peripheral blood and observing pathology consequence of liver and kidney, we try to observe mechanism and curative effect of Qu Du capsule which is used to cure SLE mice with LPS induction in the aspect of immunology and histology and study therapeutical effect of Qu Du capsule deeply.The study consequence is followed. The appearance of rats injected LPS and the altering of pathologic morphology come up tothe diagnostic standard of SLE. The model is prepared successfully;Qu Du capsule is an effective medical prescription of curing SLE in the affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine and it is composed of Qinjiao> Zicao^ Shengdk Huangqi> HongtengN Leigongteng> Shengii^ Danshen> Shenggancao and so on. This study proofs that Qu Du capsule can decrease cytokine of leading to inflammation —IL-6 and IFN-y expression effectively and improve the altering of pathologic morphology of model. The experimental result represents that Qu Du capsule have a given immunological inhibitor function and a given cure in the therapy of SLE. But its definite mechanism of action will be study more deeply.
