| The purpose of this study was to compare the influence of different resuscitative fluids on acute lung injury in a THS rat model,to explore the mechanism and to analysis the relationship of lung injury and gut barrier disorder in early resuscitation. We found that BS resuscitation displayed the most significant lung injury, significantly increased mesenteric lymph flow rate, with more MDA and LPS translocated.Significant hemodilution was observed in colloid groups and it beneficially influenced the lung injury, but resuscitation with colloid increased the leakage of protein in lung, this may adversely influence the lung injury.Linear regression analysis revealed direct correlations between gut and lung injury, especially between the percent of injured villi and pulmonary MPO(r=0.75, P<0.001),so we considerd that small intestine injury and mesenteric lymph may be central factors contributing to acute lung injury with HR. |
