Many species of bacteria have evolved and adapted to live and grow in the human and animal gastrointestinal tract. They form a complex microbial ecosystem. They can resist pathogens, maintain intestinal mucosal barrier, modulate immunity and produce nutrition. Microdysbiosis can induce some disease. One of the main dysbiosis reason is due to antibiotic treatment, which can restrain sensitive bacteria, while insensitive bacteria take the chance to breed. The case induces dysbacteriosis. Antibiotic has been linked to the diarrhea named antibiotic associated diarrhea (AAD). The serious situation is pseudomembranous colitis (PMC) .There are many reports about probiotics treating dysbacteriosis or AAD or PMC. Animal model of microflora dysbiosis is propitious to investigate the reason of dysbacteriosis and test the function of the probiotics. There is no the criterion of dysbacteriosis of animal model. Except Xiong Dexin report the change of bacilli and cocci, there is no any report. Both intragastrical antibiotic and administered antibiotic in drinking water ad lib are often administerd antibiotic methods. But nobody compare the both. We do not know anyone of them is perfect. Objective:1. To establish the criterion of dysbacteriosis and establish the animal model of dysbacteriosis by antibiotic.
