About 70 percent of patients were diagnosed until the late phase. Most of the studies demonstrated that the reaction between VEGFs and its receptors was highly correlated with the metastasis Therefore many researchers focus the VEGF receptors as latent targets for the bio-anti-ovarian cancer therapy.VEGFR-3/FLT-4, which belongs to the platelet-derived growth factor for receptor subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinase, was extensively expressed in embryonic tissues. In adult however, VEGFR-3/FLT-4 was mainly expressed in lymphatic endothelia. Recent studies showed that, the binding of VEGF-C to its special receptor FLT-4, could induce tyrosine phosphorylation of receptors, activate MAPK via intracellular kinase reaction, and finally promote proliferation of lymphatic endothelia, and lymphangiogenesis, so it was regarded as a special marker of lymphatic endothelia.OBJECTIVE:To get a high affinity fused-peptide of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor3 via the technology of phage display and measure the a binding function. provide a theoretical basis for its pharmacal use.METHODS and RESULTS: Screen the high binding peptide from freedom 12peptide bank via the technology of phage display.â‘ direct VEGFR3 extra-cellular protein coating, solid-phase panning.â‘¡Washed away the unbound phage and amplified the eluted phage.â‘¢Identified the positive phage clones by ELISA and sequenced them.
