| Objective:In this study, by observing the change of blood pressure with time, clinical complications and biochemical indexes change by enalapril- hydrochlorothiazide in patients with 1st, 2nd degree essential hypertention(EH), we evaluated the efficacy and safety of enalapril- hydrochlorothiazide dispersible tablets. Method:Patient selection:There were 130 patients with EH in our hospital outpatient service and communities attending this study. We obtained informed written consent from patients after explaining the procedure and risk. Patients from 18 to 70 years of age were eligible for inclusion into this study. Their diastolic pressure(DBP) fluctuated between 90mmHg and 110mmHg and systolic pressure(SBP) was below 180mmHg. The following exclusion criteria were required for patient enrollment:â‘ secondary hypertensionâ‘¡arrhythmias such as fibrillation, frequent atrial or ventricular premature beatsâ‘¢chronic heart failure, heart function>2nd degree,a history of AMI or unstable angina pectirus or acute heart failure in recent 3 monthsâ‘£a history of transient ischenic attack(TIA), cerebral apoplexy sequelae in recent 3 months⑤typeâ… DM,uncontrolled typeâ…¡DM(FBG>200mg/dl),gout,abnormal uric acidâ‘¥renal function damage, hepatie dysfunction⑦electrolyte disturbances⑧having experimental drugs in recent 4 weeks. |
