HIF-1αalso can indirectly modulate the expression of VEGFthat promote the development of the neoplasm.Normally,the neoplasm which develp fast has more stoma and vessel but lessconnective tissue,the neoplasm which develp slow is converse.Without new vessels,neoplasm whose diameter exceed 1-2mm or count to 107 would grow no more ,so inducing the new vessels is essential to the developmet ,infiltration, metastasis of the neoplasm.the over-development of the neoplasm will cause to hypoxia.then hypoxia stimulate more new vessels,this improve the development of neoplasm.Objective This assay is to investigate the impact of hypoxia on the expression of HIF-1αand VEGF in Hela cell by induing hypoxia with cobalt choride(250μmol/l).
