Objective: Deafness is one of the main problems affecting the living quality of people .In recent years, clinical questionnaires indicate that the persons with obviously hearing-loss were 7%-10%,so it is a pressing social and medical problem to prevent and cure deafness.Ischemia-hypoxia is an important factor of sudden hearing loss.Cochlea is one of organs depending on high energy.PO2 near the Cochlear Corti organ is the lowest, and just maintences the Corti organ's homo-metabolism. If the PO2 in blood is reduced or blood transport in cochlea is locked, cochlear function will be restrainted severitily.Internal many scholars discovered, after acute ischemia-hypoxia,the latency of ABR was prolonged and the amplitude was reduced, the phase of DPOAE was prolonged and the amplitude was also reduced, through animal studies. These indicated acute ischemia-hypoxia could affect supplying oxygen and energy of brainstem and inner ear ,so that the transmission of auditory system's exciting stimulation was delayed and inner ear function lost. The pathophysiological basis of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) is the partial or total collapse of the oropharyngeal muscle tube during sleep, leading to apnea and hypoventilation, accompanying snore and sleeping structure's disord ,often generating saturation of blood oxygen decreasing, drowsiness in the daytime and so on.Long-term recurrent attacking in patients with OSAHS will cause hypoxemia, hypercapnia, even acidemia of organism, and in the last lead to much disease such as cardia, cerebral vessels heavyly harming the...
