There are many methods of neural transplantation, including the transplantation of autoallergic, the variant in homogeneity, the variant of heterogeneity, the non-neural graft and the artificial neural graft, and the effect of autoallergic transplantation is far more better than all the others at present. Many factors can affect nerve regeneration and in which the neuromechanism plays an important role. Since 1977 Daniel proposed the caliber of nerve tract and the ratio between the epineurium and the perineurium of the donor affected the nerve regeneration markedly, People began to pay attention to the effect of the nerve norphometry on regeneration. Many researches and clinical applications have indicated the nerve norphometry could affect the nerve regeneration, but the relationship between the nerve norphometry and the nerve regeneration is still unclear. In this paper, the auricularis magnus, saphenous nerve and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve were used to bridge the defect of the auricularis magnus in rabbits. The efficacy of nerve regeneration was evaluated by using morphometry and neurophisiological technique, and the mechanism of which...
