Class II division 1 is a common malocclusion in clinic. It has great unfavorable effects on the oralfacial morphology and function. Early treatment with functional appliances can stimulate dental, occlusal, skeletal and facial development.Objectives: 1. To study Changes of oral functional space on skeletal mandibular retrognathic growing patients used Jasper Jumper appliance.2. To study effects of Jasper Jumper appliance on oropharyngeal airway dimension in mandibular retrognathic growing patients.Methods: 30 early skeletal mandibular retrusion patients were selected randomly treated by Jasper Jumper appliance for 4-6 months.
