Hepatitis B virus (HBV) posed a great threat to human because it is the pathogen of Hepatitis B, a communicable disease. Now the persistent infected cases account for more than 350 millions and 120 millions of them happened in China. About 25 percent persistent HBV sufferers will develop into hepatic fibrosis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Up to now vaccine is the most effective and feasible choice to control epidemic of HBV because of no satisfied cure for hepatitis B. Surface antigen of HBV (HBsAg) can promote produce of neutral antibody (HBsAb) to prevent against HBV. That strategy based on eukaryotic expression system has been extensively administrated since 1980s. However, 5-10 percent immunized people got no or low immune response.
