Effects Of Environmental Factors On The Color Of Bonding Agents For Porcelain Veneer

Using the metal-ceramic technique in aesthetic restoration has already become routine choice at present.However, because of the effects of metal basis on color, it can not totally meet the being increased clinical aesthetic demands. Therefore, porcelain restoration is favored by people because of its unique beautiful outlook and biological compatibility. Most scholars mainly studied the mechanical characteristic of porcelain materials in the past. In recent ten years, the studies on colourometry have become more and more. As one of porcelain restorations, the studies on colourometry of porcelain veneers were included. The color of porcelain veneers is mainly influenced by the color of restoration, the color of tooth itself and the color of bonding agents, etc. On the color of porcelain veneers, scholars around the world mostly emphasized on porcelain veneer itself and the whole color change after restoration in these days.
