Cerebral apoplexy has high morbidity, mortality, disability rate. Because the Patients suffering from cerebral apoplexy have irreversible injury of central motor nerves and the incomplete injury of some motor nerves caused by focus and edema, it is impossible to obtain the function only by the drug. Most survivors had dysfunction to varying degrees and they needed recovery treatment. All the materials domestic and abroad have proved that the early rehabilitation is better in the aspects of improving the effected limb's motor function and living quality than the simple drug treatment and the rehabilitation of restoration stage. But ignorance of functional electrical stimulation intervention therapy will influence prognosis of disease, even lead to relapse. This study's result indicates that the curative effect of functional electrical stimulation combined with treatment of early function exercises is obviously better than the contrast group, the recovery of dyskinesia is good, and the contrast group is poor.Method: A total of 130 patients with an acute stroke were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n=64 cases), and control group (n=66 cases). All of the patients accepted routine treatment of neurology after admission. The patients in the treatment group were treated with FES in addition to rehabilitation educations, and those in the control group only received the latter one. The patients in the two groups...
