It is an effective method when retrieving the function of hip joint which lose its intrinsic function for disease or accident to replace the total hip with artificial prosthesis.It is unsatisfing of its middle and long time effectiveness for hip replace because of prosthesis loose and other complication, which results manipulation unsuccessful and operation again.It is the common key leading edge topic in the medical and technology field to inhibit prosthesis loose after long time, improve stability and lengthen operational life span. I generalize and research the cause of the prosthesis problem in the base of referencing large quantity domestic and foreign literature. I think that the bone adaptive remodeling ,which results the lose of substance of bone and enlarging the inner of femoral diaphysis , is essential reason in the vary of cause.The outline attribute is acquired data from the computer tomography(CT) image which is gathered by the former of our research topic group and reconstruct the three-dimensional model which is the basis of research of femoral adaptive remodeling with it. At the same time, I also built the material attribute of femur bone by use of the relation of gray scale of femur CT and density of bone and transform it the finite element material attribute.It is constructed for the mathematical model of femoral adaptive remodeling .strain energy density is parametric variable in the model which is obtained by the research of femoral mechanical character . The program , which simulate the process of bone adaptive remodeling, is exploited with the ANSYS Parameter Design Language .The result data for different''s'value is acquired by running the program. The phenomenon of the inner enlarging and decreasing of bone quality is observed by reorganizing and processing the result data. We can easily observe the growing state and tendency after the replacement of total hip by running the program of femoral adaptive remodeling.
