Cardiovascular disease is one of disease which is thratening human being's life.Going with the increase of aging in China, heart disease becomes a worthy problem to be payed more attention.Therefore,for healing the illness,exploiting high performance heart disease examining equipment appears significant.Dynamic Electrocardiogram can record electrocardio signal continuously in 24 hours or more with the patient living in normal condition.Using the cardioelectric automatic analysis technique into the dynamic electrocardiogram,and with the help of computer to analyze and process the recorded cardioelectric data automatically,not only to get important diagnostic information,but also to lighten the burden of doctors which comes from a mass of data.What the paper research is the analysis and disposal of long time dynamic electrcardiosignal,and mainly contains 5 points as follow.1) From the angle of physiology,discussing the principle of the cardioelectric production and the shape and sense of normal electrocardiogram.All these make a firm base for the fallowing work.2) The pretreatment method of the electrocardiosignal has been carried on.The pretreatment of the signal is the base of the fallowing analysis process.Against to the three interferences which appeared frequently,including myoelectric interference, baseline wamder,frequency interference and it's harmonic component,Three filters:the simple integral coefficients low pass filter,the improved moving average filter,the integral coefficients frequency interference trap filter are designed out separately.At last make emulation study of them.3) The detection of all waveform has been obtained.Base on the analysis and research of the domestic and overseas QRS wave detection arithmetic,Considering the rising edge and the trailing edge of R wave in a waveform are steep and the slope coefficient is big,at the same time think of the practicability of application of project,A countrified,fast and practical QRS wave detection arithmetic-the difference time domain detection algorithm which base on the slope coefficient and amplitude is studied and realized in this dissertation.The arithmetic makes use of the way of piecewise analysis.It is improved base on the forefathers'arithmetic which is base on the amplitude and a steps of derivative(a steps of derivative is also slope coefficient really).Through the...
