The Study On Compatibility Of Propofol And Remifentanil For Anesthesia Of Induced Abortion

ObjectiveInduced abortion has a direct impact on the health of reproduction and physiology of the women. However ,there is not an ideal method to anesthetize the women for induced abortion up to now.This study aimed to determine the 50% effective concentration of propofol for loss of consciousness(EC_p50) when propofol is solo used for induced abortion; the 50% effective concentration of remifentanil for success of surgery(EC_r50),the 50 % effective concentration of remifentanil for respiratory depression (RC_r50),and the therapeutic index of remifentanil(TI_r) when remifentanil was used combined with propofol at the given concentration (1.3 times EC_p50).In this way ,the efficacy and safety of remifentanil could be evaluated and the foundation was done to determine the optimal combination concentration of propofol and remifentanil.Methods225 ASAⅠ～Ⅱfemale patients were recruited who...
