Background Shortage of the liver is becoming one of the main reasons hindering the development of liver transplantation with the improvement of liver transplantation technology and the development of operation's indication.POLT is an effective method to solve the problem. In the field,study on liver regeneration after POLT has been a little and it need to do much more.Objective Building the model of little animal liver transplantation ,To investigate the protective effect of nitric oxide (NO) donor induced by on ischemic reperfusion injury of rat liver graft .Methods (1) built stable model of rat reduced - size liver transplantation by consulting Lixiangcheng' s method and using improved "double bushing method"(2)112 rats were randomly divided into 2groups(n=56;28team) : groupA (FK409 group) , FK 409 was given at 30 minutes before graft harvesting (2 mg/kg) to the donor and immediately after reperfusion (1 mg/kg) to the recipient;group B (control group) ,donor livers were flushed through the portal veins with normal saline containing heparin only before harvested ; Graft survival, intragraft...
