The Research Of The Combined Kidney-adrenal Gland Allotransplantation May Have Immunoprotecive Effect On The Transplanted Kidney

Objective To explore that the combined kidney-adrenal gland allotransplantation may have immunoprotecive effect on the transplanted kidney .Methods The SD rats were provided as the donors. The SD rats were provided as the recipients. The rat models of combined kidney-adrenal gland allotransplantation were established through microsurgery. 30 Wistar rats were divided into three groups. Every group had 10 rats. The normal group, the group of renal transplantation and the group of combined transplantation were established. The blood was acquired through the tail artery in the day before the operation and one week after the operation. The blood was also acquired through the vein two weeks after the operation. The transplanted kidney and adrenal gland were checked through pathological method. The number of lymphocyte was also counted. We explored the effect of the transplanted adrenal gland on the transplanted kidney.Results After nine months , a stable and mature rat model of combined kidney-adrenal transplantation was established.
