Objective To comparative study the expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factors (VEGF) and Hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF— 1α)in the osteoarthritis chondrocytes from two kinds of rabbits' osteoarthritis (OA) models. Meanwhile, To observe the effectes of intra articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate on the progress of cartilages degradation in osteoarthritis. To investigate the relation of VEGF, HIF and the cartilages degradation in OA, and to search for the therapeutic mechanisms of intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate.Method 50 new Zealand white rabbits, age from 7 to 8 months, weight from 2.8 to 4.5 kg, the female and male were unlimited, were randomly divided into A,B,C,D,E group(total 5 groups). Each group was 10s, and divided into 4 weeks and 8 weeks groups according to the different time to sacrifice .The group A, the single hind limb of rabbits were induced OA model with Hulth's method, the surgical operation included the medial collateral ligament transection, the anterior/posterior cruciate ligament transection and the medial meniscus resection; The group B ,the single hind limb of rabbits were induced OA model with Hulth's method ,and the operative joint was injected the Sodium Hyaluronate at a dose of 0.3ml/week;This procedure were repeated for 4 or 8 consecutive weeks untiled the rabbits were sacrificed; The group C, the single hind limb of rabbits were immobilized with plaster cast in extension position of the knee joint for 4 or 8 week;the group D, The single hind limb of rabbits were...
