| Objective:Ginsen is analyzed by the recent medicine chemistry, including many sorts of composition, organic acid, vitamin, carbohydrate, inorganic salt, sterol, oligopeptide polysaccharide volatile oil and Ginsenosideso Many study have shown that the major medical active compositions of Ginsen is Ginsenosides and GPS Ginsenoside Rb1 and Rg1 is the major compositions of Ginsenosides.To find a new way to treat cancer usinge traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine .The effect of Ginsenoside Rb1; Ginsenoside Rgl combined with 5-fluorouracil on cancer cell S180 were evaluated. Methode:After exexamining various tumor model group through MTT, take the killing ability of NK cell, the proliferation of T lymphoid cell, the content of abdominal macrophage secreting TNF- α and tumor's weight, live time and so on as a target, to observe reciprocal influence of antitumor activities of Ginsenoside Rbl and Rgl combined with 5-fluorouracil.Results:The activities of Ginsenoside Rbl on NK cell is better (P<0.05), Rgl can notably improve the transformation of lymphoid in the spleen (P<0.05) .Ginsenoside Rbl and Rgl can improve the content of abdominal macrophage secreting TNF-α .When them use with 5-fluorouracil, can influence each other, it can decrease side effect of 5-fluorouracil in the clinical therapy, improve the quality of treatment (P<0.05) . 5-fluorouracil , Ginsenosides Rb1, Ginsenosides Rg1 all can decrease the tumor's weight (P<0.05) ,and long the live time (P<0.05) . Conclusion:5-fluorouracil , Ginsenoside Rb1, Ginsenoside Rgl have the function of antitumor.Ginsenoside Rbl and Rgl used with 5-fluorouracil can abate side effect of 5-fluorouracil, regulate immun function, and the function of antitumor is better Perhapers, to improve the immun function is one of the mechanism of Ginsenoside on antitumor. |
