The Clinical Study Of Human Recombinant Interferon α2b Application Therapy On Cervical Erosion

Objectives:TO evaluate and assess the curative effect of human recombinant interferon a 2b, analyst the relation between leucorrhea amount, leucorrhea quality, kinds of erosion,erosion area, cervical virus infection with clinical effect, and to discuss the application value of PCR (polymerase chain reaction) as one of methods to detect virus.and object and compare the curative effect between human recombinant interferon a2b effervescent tablet and human recombinant interferon a2b suppository. Methods:1.We studied seventy four coincidental testees which got help in Gynecology outpatients of Qilu Hospital from February, 2005 to December, 2005. They were dividied into two groups.1 group (36 testees) were given human recombinant interferon α2b vagina effervescent tablet . 2 group (38 testees) were given human recombinant interferon a 2b suppository (the same composition and dosage). Patients were asked to put one medicine into back vault of vagina every another night, total 8 as a stage. There were three follow-up visit. Special researcher wrote down clinical symptom, kinds of cervical erosion, area erosion, colposcopy detection .preserved sample of cervical erosion' s leucorrhea.. 2.
