| Objective To evaluate the clinical application of 16-slice helical CT angiography and its various kind of post-processing technique in related arterial diseases of the lower extremities.Materials and methods Ninety cases clinically suspected as arterial diseases of the lower extremities were submitted to MSCTA. They were divided into two groups randomly .The different injection rate of 3.0ml/sec, 4.0ml/sec were respectively. The images were transmitted to SUN workstation for further three dimensional reconstruction. The CT values of the enhanced arteries and the contrast ratio of that with the neighbouring muscle were measured at the segment of iliac,femoral-popliteal and tibial-peroncal arteries respectively. Differentiations were compared with the same arterial segment among the two groups. Twenty-four cases performed by digital subtraction angiography were divided into three groups as iliac,femoral,tibial-peroncal,and the DSA and MSCTA data were compared. Thirty-four cases had taken an operation. The findings of operation and the MSCTA data were also compared.RESULT Of the ninety cases, arteriosclerotic occlusive diseases had sixty-nine (include 15 cases with thromb or embolism).Thromboangiitis obliterans had seven cases. There were four cases involved in trauma.six angiomas, two acute femoral... |
