Objective:to observe the differences about the murine model after the infection of the respiratory syncytial virus ,which includes the concentration of the IL-4,IL-5I, FN-λ, TGF-β1 in the supernatant of the local grinding lung tissues, the number of the inflammatory cells in the local lung tissues ,and the airway remodeling including the prolife of the smooth muscle and the deposition of the collagen.then elucidate the relationship between the infection of the respiratory syncytial virus and the resistence of the corticosteroid , so that we could infer a new asthma therapy. Methods: 50 BALB/c mice ,8-10 wk of age ,20(±)g of the weight, free of specific pathogens, are divided into 5 grous, one of which in the control group ,the others are OVA group, the OVA+Dex group ,the OVA/RSV group, and the OVA/RSV+ Dex group. Then detecting the concentration of the IL-4,IL-5, IFN-λ,TGF-β1 in the supernatant of the local grinding lung tissues, and observe the degree of the peribronchial inflammation in the local lung tissues ,and the airway remodeling including the prolife of the smooth muscle and the deposition of the collagen.Theconcentrations of the inflammatory cytokines are expressed by the x ±s and theperibronchial inflammation was divided into 6 degrees in the histologic sections of the lung tissues (Hematoxylin-Eosin)and expressed from I to VI;the collagen deposition...
