| ObjectivesTo investigate the therapeutic efficacy of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) on the Nitric Oxide (NO), Interleukin-6 (IL-6 ) and the expression of Endotheli cell Nitric Oxide Synthasesor (eNOS) in uterus and placenta at various dosage levels for the rat of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP). We aim to obtain understanding on the mechanism of LMWH protecting the function of endothelium cells and adjusting immunity for HDCP, in order to provide a guide of HDCP treatment.Methods60 rats were randomly divided into the following six groups. Group A: HDCP group (n=12) was treated with 2.0 μg/kg lipopolysaccharide (LPS) every two days (totally, 6 times before delivery); Group B: magnesium sulfate (MS) group (n=12) was treated with MS (80mg/kg) per 6 hours from the 14th of pregnancy until delivery (total 8 days); Group C: low dosage LMWH group (n=12) treated with LPS, MS (same to groups A and B) and LMWH(200U/kg) per day from the 14th of pregnancy (total 8 days); Group D: high dosage LMWH group (n=12) treated with LPS,MS (same to groups A and B) and LMWH(400U/kg) per day from the 14th of pregnancy (total 8 days); Group E: normal pregnancy group was treated with saline solution; and Group F: normal no-pregnancy group was treated with saline solution. For each group, systolic pressure (SBP) was measured from the 6th day to the 9th day of pregnancy and the average pressure was regarded as basic SBP. Subsequently, we measured and compared SBP... |
